Refund policy

30-day, no-questions-asked returns

You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Opened products are welcome, and you do not need to give a reason for your return.

How to start a return

Please email orders@costpluspetmeds.com with your order number and the items you would like to return before sending your package. This lets us register the return in our system and provide return instructions.

You can request a prepaid return shipping label, and we will cover the return postage.

Refunds

After we receive your return, we will refund the amount paid for the returned products and applicable product taxes to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

The flat shipping fee of $10 per order is nonrefundable, including when the entire order is returned.
