Shipping policy

Flat shipping fee of $10

We ship for a flat shipping fee of $10 per order to street addresses in the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states and Washington, D.C.) and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, other U.S. territories, PO boxes, or international destinations, including Europe, at this time.

Order processing

Orders ship within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. This is the time before dispatch, not a delivery guarantee.

Delivery

Transit time depends on the destination and carrier. Weekends, holidays, weather, and carrier delays may affect delivery. For help with tracking or an estimated arrival date, email orders@costpluspetmeds.com with your order number.

One shipping fee per order

A flat shipping fee of $10 applies per order, regardless of the number of products. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries

If your package has not arrived, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, please email orders@costpluspetmeds.com with your order number so we can help resolve the issue.
